As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to architect and deliver features that transform the event tech landscape and make the internet a little less lonely.

Responsibilities

• Be an essential technical contributor at a seed-stage company as it scales
• Play a leadership role on the end-to-end development of features and the growth of our architecture, infrastructure tool-chain.
• Be a guardian of code quality and a healthy development processes
• Work side by side with the CTO and the rest of senior leadership to up-level a healthy development team

Basic Requirements

• 5+ years of professional backend software development experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly autonomous, personally motivated, and proficient in working remotely

You’ll need to have experience with several the following

• Modern web tech stacks consisting of several of the following: NodeJS, Javascript/TypeScript, React, GraphQL, SQL, Postgres, AWS, WebRTC, Web sockets, Git, docker
• Architecting web services, distributed systems and AWS infrastructure
• Knowledge of scaling services, performance tuning and monitoring
• Testing methods and principles
• Information security best practices
• Collaborating on all aspects of product strategy and UX
• Shaping a young tech stack, product, and engineering organization
