When initiating a zoom meeting from the zoom desktop app you can check to see if you have the Apps button enabled. This will show within a zoom meeting and will also show within the Zoom desktop client.

If you do not see the Apps button in your Zoom desktop client it could be that the Zoom Apps quick launch button has not been enabled in your Zoom Settings. To update this login on your browser to, click the Zoom Apps tab and enable "Zoom Apps Quick Launch Button".

If you do not see the Zoom Apps section it could be that your Zoom administrator has disabled Zoom Apps or requires pre approval of Zoom apps. This is not uncommon and something we can help with!
